GREENOX URBAN RESIDENCE

Greenox Urban Residence is a 24-storey residential tower designed as a response to Istanbul’s increasing urban density. Situated in a redevelopment zone of central Levent, the project was envisioned as a “living organism” that reconnects city dwellers with nature. The building’s façade and structure metaphorically resemble the branching of a tree, forming a vertical green shell. This living skin, embedded with over 25,000 plants and nearly 900 trees and shrubs, purifies the air, reduces carbon emissions, and contributes to energy and water savings of up to 40%. By integrating vertical gardens, green roofs, and public landscaping, the project extends beyond its footprint, actively merging architecture with the surrounding urban fabric.

Certified with LEED Gold and EDGE Green Building credentials, Greenox offers not only sustainable technologies like rainwater harvesting, automated irrigation, and solar panels but also a holistic living experience. Carefully planned courtyards and rooftop terraces host social and recreational functions, while flexible indoor layouts balance privacy and community interaction. The design aims to enhance well-being, environmental consciousness, and the daily life of residents, positioning Greenox as a forward-thinking model for eco-conscious urban living.
